The average number of days on the market for a home has increased this month to 92; the past 5 months it has been 43-51 days on average. In terms of days on the market, not much has changed. Homes spent an average of 51 days on the market in March, 43 DOM in April, 46 DOM in May, and 47 DOM in June and July. The total homes sold has increased since the summer began (going into the hundreds), but has remained pretty consistent the past few months. Where we saw the big change was in the VALUE of the home.
